Refund policy
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, you can contact us at emaanboost@gmail.com and we will assist you within the scope of our policy.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. All orders once placed are final.
Sometimes, we make mistakes too. If you have received the wrong item(s), you can return your item(s) and Emaanboost will reimburse you for any shipping costs and send you the correct item ordered.
If the item(s) you have received are faulty, please contact us at emaanboost@gmail.com with a detailed description of the product fault and a photo if possible to organise a replacement or refund including any shipping costs incurred.
How to Return?
You can return any items that meet the returns criteria by sending us an email first to emaanboost@gmail.com to discuss the order and reasons for returns. Once approved, please send the damaged/incorrect item back to us.
Once we receive your parcel, your return will be processed within 14 business days. Please allow additional processing time over sale / holiday periods.
How will you be refunded ?
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. For instance, if the item was bought using a Visa card, the credit will be reimbursed to the corresponding Visa card.
